Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund at a flat fee of Rs. 60/- to Rs. 100/-. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.For all the returns that we create, the product must be sent back to us in the original packaging which means it should have the tag in all cases. In case of the prepaid order, then the product should be returned along with the tag and frosted bag. If we don't receive the goods in the original packaging then, 10% of the total order value will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
